What We Do
Town and Country Pools was opened in 1979 by Rick & Sue Silvagni. They started Cardinal Fencing in 1999. In 2012, Rick Silvagni, Jr. purchased Town and Country Pools and Cardinal Fencing.
The pool company and other divisions employ 9 full-time people and up to 9 additional people for seasonal help. No subcontractors are used. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority – so everyone who works with the company is well-trained and experienced, enabling the company to maintain its reputation and high quality.
